"Come along, children," Luxord said, "It's story time."

Once apon a time, there was a pretty princess named Marluxia.
Marluxia lived in a huge castle and spent her days planting flowers. Every once in a while, she would go to town to sell some to the commoners.
During one such venture, she met a young man named Axel. Marluxia and Axel hit it straight off, talking about each other's hair.
Unknown to both of them, Princess Marluxia was being followed... By her father's most loyal servant, Sir Vexen.
"My Lord, your daughter is being wooed by a knave! If we do not hurry, something bad shall happen to the princess," reported Sir Vexen to King Xemnas.
"We must do something before this gets out of hand. I have already arranged for her to marry Prince Zexion. This will bring peace to mine and King Xigbar's kingdoms!!" Xemnas rose from his throne.
The king stomped off to consort with his royal guard. He did not see Sir Vexen's devious grin.
After returning from her visit with Axel and trip to the city, Princess Marluxia just had to talk/gossip. "Larxene," she called as she ran down the halls of her palace, "Larxene! I have to talk to you."
"Yes, my lady," answered Larxene. She had been Marluxia's best friend since childhood and they had been practiclly raised as sisters.
"I've met this new, handsome man! I think we're meant to be! His name is Axel and he likes fire.... A lot.... I think we'll get married!" Marluxia told Larxene as soon as she locked the door to her room and made sure it was sound-proof, "He's my knight in shining armour. I'll need make him some flowers."
Larxene squealed, "Ooooooh, let me do your hair for when you meet with him next," she started to brush Marluxia's hair, arranging it in different fashions, "Tell me all about how you two met!!"

In another Kingdom far, far away, King Xigbar was having trouble.
"Son, I totally understand your not wanting to marry, and I'm all for your rebellion, but-," Xigbar took a hurried glance at his advisor, Xaldin, and continued, "It's the best thing for our kingdom."
"I'm not interested," Prince Zexion stated clearly.
"Son," the king tried again, "You just got to make the right moves around her. She'll fall head over heels for ya. Let your old man teach you how to be a lady killer."
"I'm not interested," Zexion repeated, running his fingers through his hair, making it do the flippy-thing.
Xigbar gave a despairing look to Xaldin and left the room. Once he was gone, Xaldin made his move.
Storming over to Zexion, he took the prince by the collar of his shirt and pulled him foreword.
"You will marry the princess," Xaldin commanded.
"I said, I'm not interested," Prince Zexion answered, rather pathetically.
Xaldin released Zexion's collar and grabbed his hair, "Marry her or I will completely ruin you precious little hair style."
"NO," screamed Zexion, pulling away, rubbing his head where a few strands of hair had come out," You wouldn't dare...."
Taking a threatening step forward, Xaldin smirked, "I would."
"Fine," sobbed out the prince, "I'll marry her..."
"Good," Xaldin stated as he left the room.

“Marluxia… Hunny…. We need to talk.” King Xemnas knocked on his daughter’s door. He knew that his little girl was growing up and he wanted what was best for her. And all he could see was marrying the prince of the other nation would give her a happy life and keep peace in the kingdom. But now, his daughter had fallen in love with a commoner.
“Marluxia, please answer the door.” The king knocked harder. She wouldn’t be sleeping at this time, he knew. Impatience growing, he opened the door.
“Axel,” Princess Marluxia cried out as she hugged her man, “I’ve missed you!”
“Marly,” Axel held Marluxia tightly, “You’re looking beautiful as ever. But I thought you couldn’t come? Won’t your father worry?”
The princess smiled, “Don’t worry about him. He doesn’t care about me. He only cares about the kingdom.”
“I think he’s just trying to be a good fath-“
“No, he’s not!” Marluxia shouted, pushing Axel away.
“I’m… sorry….” Axel whispered, reaching his hand for the princesses’.
“No, I’m sorry,” she took his hand and pulled him close, “Let’s just forget about these things and just enjoy being together for now.”
Axel gently cupped her face in his hands and kissed her, “If you say so, my love.”
((Oh my GAWD. I couldn’t stop laughing long enough to type this. XDDD ))
“She’s all you talk about!,” shouted an indignant Roxas.
“I’m sorry man, but we’re in love,” answered Axel in a dreamy voice, “She’s the one for me, I know it!”
Roxas shook with rage. He was losing the only person he ever cared for to some… some… Princess!
“I don’t see why you’re all worked up. We’ll still be friends. It’s not like I’m totally forgetting about you,” Axel plopped down on a couch of his and Roxas’ secret hideout, “Just chill.”
Roxas sighed despairingly, flinging himself down besides Axel, “You’re not getting it…”
“What’s there to get? We’ll still be friends.”
Looking at his dearest comrade, Roxas felt like breaking down. When would Axel ever get it?! Roxas wanted to be more than just friends! But no… Axel would never understand his feelings while this princess was with him. Something had to be done.
((AXEL ISN’T GAY! Roxas is the gay one. Axel is just a nice guy. >:{O ))
