Okay, from my understanding the power system here is.

Well, I have questions on this. How would one become higher up so that we could moderate boards. Etc. As, yeah i've been a board owner most of my life and i'm so use to moderation of forums. (Deleting, Modifiying, Moving, Stickying, Announcing etc.)
